Terms and Conditions

*The HK$50 Tap & Go Stored Value Rebate (“Rebate”) is applicable from 13 February 2018 to 30 April 2018 (both dates inclusive) (“Promotion Period”):

1. This Rebate is applicable to customers (“Customers”) of Tap & Go Payment Service (“Tap & Go”) who use the “Go QR” payment method via Tap & Go (“Passengers”) to pay a single fare of HK$100 or above for the taxi service of Jumbo Taxi HK Limited (“Jumbo Taxi”) or Chung Shing Taxi Management Limited (“SynCab”) Limited during the Promotion Period.
2. Each Passenger (counted by valid identity document number) can enjoy this Rebate once only.
3. The quota of this Rebate is limited to five hundred (500) during the Promotion Period, available on a first-come-first-served basis. Please check with our Tap & Go Service Hotline at 2888 0000 for details.
4. This Rebate will be automatically credited to Tap & Go accounts of the Passengers within three (3) weeks after the Promotion Period.
5. Passengers must have a valid Tap & Go account to receive this Rebate. Otherwise, this Rebate will be cancelled without notice.
6. This Rebate cannot be used in exchange for cash, gift, service or discount.
7. HKT Payment Limited (“HKT Payment”) accepts no liability for the quality of or any other matters relating to the services provided by the taxi drivers of Jumbo Taxi and SynCab. The taxi drivers are solely responsible for all obligations and liabilities relating to their provision of the services.
8. HKT Payment reserves the right to vary or cancel the Rebate and/or amend or alter these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. In the event of any disputes, the decision of HKT Payment shall be final and conclusive. Tap & Go is subject to its relevant terms and conditions. 9. In the event of any inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions of these terms and conditions, the English version will prevail.
