Terms and Conditions

*This promotion (“Promotion”) starts from 25 October, 2018 to 28 October, 2018 (both dates inclusive) (“Promotion Period”):

  1. Wine Coupon (“Wine Coupon”) :
    The reward is applicable to Customers (“Customers”) of Tap & Go Payment Service (“Tap & Go”) who successfully upload a copy of a valid identity document, obtain and add a Tap & Go Card to their Tap & Go mobile wallets, and spend an aggregated amount of at least HK$800 (“Aggregate Spending”) through Tap & Go or FPS payment during the Promotion Period at the selected exhibitors (“Selected Exhibitors”) of the Hong Kong Wine & Dine Festival (“Event”) which is organized by the Hong Kong Tourism Board (visit www.tapngo.com.hk/winendine for details of the Selected Exhibitors).
  2. The Aggregated Spending excludes admission tickets, wine tokens and wine passes of the Event.
  3. The customer can get the wine coupon at Tap & Go booth – A226 and to redeem two (2) glasses of wine at Selected Exhibitors which showed on Wine Coupon within the Promotion Period. Please present the Wine Coupon to the Selected Exhibitors upon wine redemption.
  4. The quota for the Reward is limited to 600 Customers respectively during the Promotion Period, available on a first-come-first-served basis.
  5. Each Customer (counted by valid identity document number) can enjoy the Reward once during the Promotion Period.
  6. The Reward cannot be used in exchange for cash, gift, service or discount.
  7. Purchase of any alcoholic beverages is prohibited for the Customers under the age of 18.
  8. HKT Payment Limited (“HKT Payment”) accepts no liability for the quality of or any other matters relating to the food, drinks, goods, products, and services provided by the Selected Exhibitors. The Selected Exhibitors are solely responsible for all obligations and liabilities relating to the provision of food, drinks, goods, products and services.
  9. HKT Payment reserves the right to vary or cancel the Promotion and/or amend or alter these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. In the event of any disputes, the decision of HKT Payment shall be final and conclusive. Tap & Go is subject to its relevant terms and conditions.   10. In the event of inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.

Voucher of Classic Wine Pass (“Voucher”) - Terms & Conditions

  1. This Voucher is only valid throughout the period of CCB (Asia) Hong Kong Wine & Dine Festival (“Festival”) organized by Hong Kong Tourism Board (“Organizer”) from 25–28 October 2018 (25 October 2018: 7:30pm-11:30pm only).
  2. This Voucher includes an admission to the Festival for one person aged 3 years or above only. Separate purchase of the Perfect 10 Passport is required for entry to the Grand Wine Pavilion; and separate purchase of ticket is required for entry to the Tasting Room. For details of purchasing the Perfect 10 Passport and the tickets to the Tasting Room, please visit www.discoverhongkong.com/tc/winedinefestival.
  3. Wine tasting is only available to entrants aged 18 years or above and subject to the relevant terms and conditions. For details, please visit www.discoverhongkong.com/eng/winedinefestival/ticketing-terms-and-conditions.html.
  4. Please present this Voucher at the Collection Counter at the Festival venue entrances for admission and collection of one Classic Wine Pass. Once used, the QR code will be deactivated from the system and cannot be reused.
  5. This Voucher will not be replaced in case of loss, defaced or damage.
  6. This Voucher will only be accepted once for admission and collection of one Classic Wine Pass at the Collection Counter at the Festival. This Voucher or the QR code for entry is not transferrable. Any mobile phone screen capture or photocopy of this voucher and/or the QR code for entry is not acceptable.
  7. This Voucher is non-refundable, it has no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash.
  8. Ticket sales and admission will be closed 30 minutes before the designated closing time of the Festival each day.

  10. Organizer and HKT Payment are not the suppliers of the products and services of the merchants at the Festival and shall not be responsible for any liability, losses or damages in relation thereto.
  11. In case of disputes, Organizer and HKT Payment reserve the final right of decision on all matters concerning the use of this Voucher.
