You can complete identity verification by using “iAM Smart”, or by providing your ID document and taking a selfie. If you are a non-Hong Kong Smart Identity Card holder, you can upgrade your Tap & Go account by visiting 1O1O/csl. shop in person.

^Customer under 18 years old will be upgraded to Plus (ii) account tier.
