*Rebate for Hong Kong Flower Show 2018 e-Tickets - Terms and Conditions

Starting from 26 February 2018 to 25 March, 2018 (both dates inclusive) (“Promotion Period”):

  1. This rebate is provided by Tap & Go Payment Service (“Tap & Go”). For enquiries, please visit www.tapngo.com.hk or call Tap & Go’s Service Hotline at (852) 2888 0000.
  2. a) HKD 14 Tap & Go stored value rebate for Full Price Admission e-Ticket purchase (“Offer A”)This Offer A is applicable to Customers (“Customers”) of Tap & Go Payment Service (“Tap & Go”) who purchase two (2) Full Price Admission e-Tickets via Tap & Go mobile wallet during the promotion period.
    b) HKD 7 Tap & Go stored value rebate for Concessionary Admission e-Ticket purchase (“Offer B”)This Offer B is applicable to Customers of Tap & Go who purchase two (2) Concessionary Admission e-tickets via Tap & Go mobile wallet during the promotion period.
    c) HKD 14 Tap & Go stored value rebate for Full Price Admission and Programme Booklet Redemption e-Tickets Combo purchase (“Offer C”) This Offer C is applicable to Customers of Tap & Go who purchase one (1) set of Full Price Admission and Programme Booklet Redemption e-Tickets Combo, inclusive of one (1) Full Price Admission e-Ticket and one (1) Programme Booklet redemption e-Ticket via Tap & Go mobile wallet during the promotion period.
    (Offers A, B and C, collectively referred as “Offers”)
  3. The Offers are available while stock last.
  4. Each Customer can enjoy any of the Offers four (4) times during the Promotion Period.
  5. The Offers will be automatically credited to Customers’ Tap & Go accounts within thirty (30) days after the Offer Period.
  6. To receive the Offers, the Customer must ensure the Tap & Go account is valid. Otherwise, the Offers will be cancelled without notice.
  7. The Offers cannot be used in exchange for cash, gift, service or discount.
  8. HKT Payment Limited (“HKT Payment”) accepts no liability for the quality of or any other matters relating to the goods, products and services provided by LCSD. LCSD is solely responsible for all obligations and liabilities relating to its provision of goods, products and services.
  9. In the event of any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.

#Hong Kong Flower Show 2018 – Admission and Programme Booklet Redemption e-Tickets - Terms and Conditions

  1. The Admission e-Ticket is valid for admission to “Hong Kong Flower Show 2018” (“the Event”) organised by Leisure and Cultural Services Department (“LCSD”) from 16 to 25 March 2018.
  2. Concessionary Admission e-Tickets are applicable to children between 4 and 14 years old, full time students, persons with disabilities and one accompanying carer, senior citizen aged 60 or above, or group concession, and are subject to the following conditions:
    a) Concessionary Admission e-Tickets for senior citizens aged 60 or above and persons with disabilities and accompanying carer are applicable on Saturday and Sunday only.
    b) Group concessions are applicable from Monday to Friday.
  3. Admission and Programme Booklet Redemption e-Tickets sold are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
  4. Please present the Admission e-Tickets at the entrances of the Event for admission. Each Admission e-Ticket is for one person aged 4 and above to enter the Event ground once during the opening hours of the Event period. Free admission for toddlers under 4 years old accompanied by an adult with the Admission e-Ticket.
  5. Holders of Programme Booklet Redemption e-Tickets can redeem Programme Booklets at Programme Booklet Redemption Booth (located beside the Book Shop) on site during the Event, or at The Secretariat of Hong Kong Flower Show during office hours from 3 to 30 April 2018. Each Programme Booklet Redemption e-Ticket can redeem one (1) Programme Booklet only.
  6. Once the Admission and Programme Booklet Redemption e-Tickets are used, the QR code showing on the e-Tickets will be deactivated and cannot be reused.
  7. Admission and Programme Booklet Redemption e-Tickets will be kept in Tap & Go mobile wallet until 30 June 2018. Please save separately if necessary.

HKT Payment Limited (“HKT Payment”) is responsible for Tap & Go Payment Service (“Tap & Go”). Tap & Go is subject to the relevant terms and conditions.   9. LCSD and HKT Payment reserve the right, at their absolute discretion, to change the terms and conditions of the Admission and Programme Booklet Redemption e-Tickets without prior notice and the right to execute final decisions.
