Terms and Conditions

*The following promotion ("Promotion") starts from 1 January, 2020 to 30 April, 2020 (both dates inclusive)("Promotion Period")

1. During the Promotion Period, customers ("Customers") of Tap & Go Payment Service ("Tap & Go") who have uploaded a copy of a valid identification document and use Tap & Go to settle payment at Danny Catering Service Limited ("Danny Catering") for any lunchbox ordering upon an accumulated spending of HK$300 or above ("Eligible Purchase"), will receive HK$30 Tap & Go stored value rebate ("Rebate"). Each Customer (counted by valid identification document number) can enjoy this Rebate only once during the Promotion Period.
2. This Rebate will be automatically credited to Tap & Go account of Customers which used for the Eligible Purchase within one (1) month after the end of the Promotion Period.
3. This Rebate is not applicable to Customers who have received or are eligible to receive the rebate in the specific promotion using Tap & Go to settle payment at Danny Catering for any lunchbox ordering during 1 October 2019 to 31 October 2019 (both dates inclusive), 1 November 2019 to 30 November 2019 (both dates inclusive) and 1 December 2019 to 31 December 2019 (both dates inclusive). 4. The quota of this Rebate is limited to 4,000 units during the Promotion Period, available on a first-come-first-served basis. For enquiries, please call Tap & Go's Service Hotline at 2888 0000.
5. Customers must have a valid Tap & Go account to receive this Rebate. Otherwise, this Rebate will be forfeited without notice.
6. This Rebate cannot be used in exchange for cash, gift, service or discount.
7. This Rebate cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts, coupons or promotional offers unless otherwise specified.
8. This Rebate will be forfeited if Customers cancel the Eligible Purchase or apply for refund of the Eligible Purchase.
9. Danny Catering is a lunchbox provider in Hong Kong. Danny Catering shall be responsible for its food, drinks, goods, products and/or services and accepts no liability for the quality of or any other matters relating to Tap & Go and the services provided by HKT Payment Limited ("HKT Payment").
10. HKT Payment is responsible for Tap & Go (Stored Value Facilities Licence No. SVF0002) and accepts no liability for the quality of or any other matters relating to the food, drinks, goods, products and/or services provided by Danny Catering.
11. HKT Payment reserves the right to vary or cancel the Promotion and/or amend or alter these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. In the event of any disputes, the decision of Danny Catering and/or HKT Payment shall be final and conclusive. Tap & Go is subject to its relevant terms and conditions. 12. In the event of any inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions of these terms and conditions, the English version will prevail.
